Join us and learn how to practice mindfulness through yoga in the comfort of your home. These relaxing sessions will help us regain our inner balance and strength. The practice encompasses both body and mind, with an emphasis on mental and spiritual development. We will be doing various gentle breathwork techniques, a little bit of physical yoga, a guided relaxation and meditation.  These can be practiced by people of any age and from all walks of life as it requires no belief or particular faith.
